Structural characteristics

Spring seals are typically made of PTFE or other high-performance plastics with appropriate filling materials, combined with metal springs to form a sealing ring. This structure combines the chemical stability of plastic sealing materials with the elastic compensation ability provided by elastic components.
The function of the spring is to provide elasticity so that the sealing lip can fit tightly on the surface of the rod to be sealed, which ensures a good sealing effect even under low or high pressure.

The spring has V-type spring, O-type spring, oblique body spring, full contact spring and other structures can provide elasticity to the seals to make up for the material wear and tear in time with the offset or eccentricity of the parts, so as to achieve the most durable sealing effect.

A: Average lead times for prototype / first article are 7~10 days, if tooling is involved, lead time for production tooling is 10
days, average production time after sample approval is 2-3 weeks.

A: All the goods will be packed by carton box and loaded with pallets. Special packing method can be accepted when needed.
