PU Foam Gasket with Backing is a customized sealing assembly made of black PU microcellular foam with acrylic S301 backing.

Through precise mold processing, the rectangular frame structure is made to meet specific installation requirements, utilizing the elasticity and sealing properties of PU microcellular foam and the convenient installation characteristics of acrylic backing to provide waterproof, dustproof and shock-absorbing sealing protection for the equipment.

PU microcellular foam black body 

Excellent sealing elasticity: PU microcellular foam is filled with tiny closed cell structures, which tightly fill equipment installation gaps.

Lightweight and vibration damping: With a density of only 0.3 - 0.5g/cm³, the seal is 30% - 50% lighter than traditional rubber seals.

Weather and chemical stability: good resistance to UV light, ozone, common industrial solvents.

Acrylic S301 adhesive 

Easy installation and initial adhesion: Acrylic S301 adhesive has excellent initial adhesion and reaches 80% bond strength within 30 seconds after being applied to the surface of the equipment.

Long-lasting bonding and temperature resistance: in long-term use, the bond strength retention rate ≥ 85%, no peeling, warping phenomenon.

Easy to clean and no adhesive residue: If the sealing gasket needs to be replaced, the acrylic S301 adhesive backing can be easily peeled off and does not leave adhesive residue on the surface of the equipment, avoiding damage to the appearance of the equipment and the coating.

A: Average lead times for prototype / first article are 7~10 days, if tooling is involved, lead time for production tooling is 10
days, average production time after sample approval is 2-3 weeks.

A: All the goods will be packed by carton box and loaded with pallets. Special packing method can be accepted when needed.
